How to register for the site
You can now register in a number of ways;
- Sign in using Facebook or Google - you will be asked to enter your password for your Facebook / Google account. This includes OurCloud accounts supplied by Education.
- Sign up with MyAccount, which is a Scottish Government service that allows you to access a range of public services online.
- Sign up by completing the form on this page.
- Sign in using your 16 digit YoungScot number which appears on your YoungScot card. The number should be entered in the username and password boxes.

I've signed up but haven't received an activation email?
Please check your spam/junk email folder as occasionally an email provider may incorrectly mark this email as junk. If it is in your junk folder you will need to move it to your inbox to enable the activation link.

I signed up in a previous phase but have forgotten my password?
You can reset your password by clicking this link.
I signed up in a previous phase but have forgotten my username?
Your username will be the email address you used to sign up.
What do I do if I get locked out?
Your account will be locked for 30 minutes if you’ve made too many unsuccessful attempts to log in. Once the account unlocks, you can reset your username or your password. Please see the information above.
