Summary

The Recycle Room has been running a successful community laundry and basic repair programme for over 2 years. This is highly successful and is being used by more and more people throughout the community. Due to the increasing numbers we are having to expand the programme and hours to show different skills and repairs. We are looking to show how repairs can be done to items like jackets, trousers, shoes and also household items.

Description

The Community Laundry already has 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, 2 irons and 2 ironing boards.  We also have various equipment for basic repairs.  we are looking to expand this and also help with the cost of running these so that the community have ongoing access when they need it as we are open 7 days a week currently.
